Whatí Biomass District Heating System
Project Description
The Whatí Biomass District Heating System is created to reduce the carbon footprint of its community. It will heat four community buildings, with wood pellet as its fuel source. The project is funded by Polar Knowledge Canada’s Science and Technology for the North Program and is under the authority of the Community Government of Whatí.
