Vargträsk Wind Power Project (Nordisk Vindkraft AB, Lycksele)
Project Description
In 2018 Vattenfall AB bought the 80-MW Vargtrask wind project in Sweden from Nordisk Vindkraft. The particular project envisages the construction of a wind farm with up to 21 turbines in Asele and Lycksele municipalities. The wind park will be located near Vattenfall’s 353-MW Blakliden and Faebodberget wind farms. Once up and running, it will be able to generate enough electricity to meet the demand of around 50,000 local homes each year.
