Träkronan Initiative & Hotel

Skoogs fastigheter's initiative Träkronan is a block with shopping centers, hotels and housing. The project includes a total of 68 new apartments and townhouses with attic corridors and courtyards in the heart of Piteå. Träkronan offers a mix of unique, local retailers and sought-after brands. KUST hotel is northern Sweden's new design hotel that takes you on a journey along the Pite River, both in the choice of materials and the color scheme. It has a restaurant, spa, sky bar and the city's most powerful views. Hotel completed in 2017.
