Lapland Central Hospital expansion

Project Description

Lapland Central Hospital (LCH) is planning to undertake the expansion of an existing hospital in Rovaniemi, Finland. The project involves the construction of a 39,000m2 hospital and planned to be implemented in two phases. The first phase of the project includes the construction of new emergency service unit, psychiatric unit, children’s hospital, outpatient clinics, Airy and spacious internal street connects and parking facilities, and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems. The second phase includes new hospital area of approximately 20,600m2 general hospital space will house an accident and emergency facility, an operating and anesthesia department, an intensive care and control unit, a hospital pharmacy with manufacturing facilities, equipment maintenance, emergency care facilities and a logistics warehouse.
