Hemavan-Tärnaby, expansion

The Hemavan Gondola telemix was in operation for the 2017/2018 ski season. This expansion included investment in a new snow system, new lighting and a new architect-designed top restaurant. The Vision 2025 proposal includes two new express lifts, a new mountain restaurant, a completely new ski area, housing and other major plans. Construction started in the spring of 2017 and the gondola / telemix will replace the existing lift, Norrliften. The new lift is a so-called connectable telemix, which means that both gondolas that can accommodate eight people and 6-seater sofas will sit on the wire. The gondola / telemix is ​​reliable and can withstand wind and cold in a better way than the existing lift.
