Dettah Road Hotel

Cormandel Properties and Solstice Destinations. A luxury hotel planned for a property on the Dettah road, about 20 kilometers from Yellowknife. Hotel will accommodate up to 72 guests in 36 rooms. Vancouver-based Coromandel Properties Ltd. bought the property. No update since initial unexplained construction delays in 2018.
